Gloss Boss is our most in-demand workshop where young minds become beauty brand bosses. It’s a structured, half-day learning experience where young people step into the world of cosmetic science and entrepreneurship learning how products are formulated, tested, refined and positioned.

Workshop Details

🕒 Duration: Half and full day available (flexible depending on group size and setting (price above is based on a cohort of 20)
📍 Location: We come to you – perfect for schools, youth centres, and community spaces. All we need is tables, chairs, and a sink nearby!
👥 Group Size: Up to 30 participants per session (larger groups can be split into rotations)
🎯 Age Range: Ages 10+ (can be tailored for secondary schools, college groups, and youth services)
📦 Materials Included: We bring everything – gloss ingredients, pots, labels, design tools, worksheets, and branding kits. You just bring the energy!
🎤 Delivery Style: Fun, fast-paced, and hands-on. Every workshop includes a mix of science, creativity, and enterprise – with lots of chances to showcase ideas and ask questions.
Safeguarding:
All facilitators are DBS-checked, insured and experienced in youth delivery. Full risk assessments provided.
