We believe the youth sector has played it too safe for too long. The world keeps changing, but the opportunities offered to care-experienced young people stay the same. Short-term fixes. Tick-box activities. Textbook answers to lived realities.

Bee N Spired exists to do what others won’t: to take bold risks, to invent new approaches, and to put young people in spaces no one imagined they could thrive in — boardrooms, enterprise hubs, creative studios, and even centre stage.

How We Do It
Hands-on, never textbook. We believe learning sticks when it’s lived. That’s why our workshops create lip gloss, ice cream, dance routines, tattoo art, engineering solutions, and data-driven ideas.
Youth-led at every step. Young people design, deliver, and drive what we do. Adults don’t sit above them, we stand beside them as mentors, connectors, and enablers.
Innovation first. We constantly test and create. Programmes are living blueprints, shaped by feedback, adapted by need, and fuelled by creativity.
Enterprise as a way of life. From small products to scalable ideas, we teach young people to think and act like builders of their own futures.
