Hive Socials
Built specifically for care-experienced young people, Hive Socials are the entry point into our community, a chance to meet other Bees, make friendships, and see what the Hive is about before committing to anything more.
NSpire Programme
This is where the magic gets official. Nspire is our flagship programme, the full coronation for Bees aged 14+ ready to claim their qualification. Run through the Bee-coming Curriculum, three strands worth buzzing about:

Graduating Nspire doesn’t mean leaving the Hive, it means getting promoted. Beelong is where Bees come back as mentors, working towards the ILM Level 2 Award for Young Leaders while showing the next cohort the ropes. Today’s Bee, tomorrow’s Queen Bee in training.
