Hive Pilots: Igniting the Spar
This programme consists of seven creative, hands-on workshops designed to spark curiosity, build trust, and gently re-engage young people through practical learning. We focus on meaningful connection and mentorship, creating a safe environment where participants can express themselves without pressure.

Inspire: A Journey to Real-World Success
Inspire is our comprehensive, 9.5-month enrichment journey carefully designed to re-engage learners aged 14–25. We know that traditional classroom settings don’t work for everyone, which is why Inspire focuses on creativity, hands-on STEAM workshops, and consistent, empathetic mentorship.
Throughout this transformative youth enrichment programme, participants don’t just learn new skills; they build tangible futures. The journey builds towards nationally recognised qualifications, equipping young people with the credentials and confidence they need to step into the working world. Next Chapter: Rebuilding Lives and Creating Opportunities
