WHY WE EXIST
This Is Personal
Growing up in care, I often felt unseen, unheard, and unsure of my future. Everything changed when a few key people believed in me, mentors who listened.
I created Bee N Spired to be that turning point for others.
We work with care-experienced, estranged, and at-risk young people aged 14+ many of whom are also navigating complex systems like youth justice, social services, or alternative education. These are the young people too often written off, overlooked, or pushed to the edge.
But we go further.
We’ve developed a first-of-its-kind curriculum, specifically for young people from these backgrounds. It covers everything they’re not taught but absolutely need from housing rights and financial literacy to mortgage demystification, healthy independence, and navigating the care or criminal justice system with confidence and clarity.
Oh and they leave with two qualifications.
One of them is equivalent to the first year of an A-Level.
— all in one journey.

Too many young people in care are labelled before they are listened to.
They are more likely to be excluded, isolated, or targeted for exploitation, not because they lack potential, but because the systems around them don’t meet their needs.
At Bee N Spired, we create the spaces, relationships, and opportunities that change that story.
The young people (Bees) we work with aren’t “hard to reach.” They’re easy to overlook.

Rees Davis-Campbell
Founder & CEO
To every young person who has been called ‘too much’, ‘too broken’, or ‘hard to reach.’
You are not your file.
You are not your past.
And you are not what they say about you.

The Hive in Action
Where young talent refuses to be underestimated
Every story here is a win, whether it’s a breakthrough, a brave attempt, or simply choosing not to give up. Not every moment is loud, but every moment is real. This space honours the progress our Bees make on their own terms: the courage to show up, the confidence to try, the creativity to express themselves, and the resilience to keep moving. This is the Hive: raw, honest, and full of Bees rising in their own ways.
These wins exist because we see our Bees for who they are, not the labels society puts on them.
