Norwich… we’ve been busy 👀
And now we can finally say it.
The Hive Norwich
From February 2026, Bee N Spired CIC is launching The Hive Norwich a 12-month pilot packed with creativity, curiosity and hands-on experiences for children and young people in care, care leavers, and those supported by services across the city.
So what is it?
Making
Experimenting
Creating
We’ll be working alongside teams who support children in care and young people across Norwich including Youth Justice Services, child exploitation teams, leaving care teams, education partners and more to open doors to spaces and experiences young people don’t usually get access to.
What’s launching first 👇
From February, we’re leading with:
Gloss Boss – cosmetic science meets creativity (yes, you make your own products)
Ink-Spired – tattoo art & design as a safe, creative pathway
Bee-yond the Beat – music, movement and self-expression
Stat Attack – sport, numbers and data… but actually fun
Beenetics – our brand-new genetics workshop exploring science, identity and future pathways
Why a pilot?
Because we’re not here to guess what young people need.
This year is about listening.
Alongside delivering workshops, we’ll be learning directly from young people what they love, what they’d change, what they want more of, and what’s missing entirely. That learning will shape a bigger, bolder programme launching the following year, designed with young people,
